1. Eligibility for Return

RahimSurgical aims to provide high-quality products. We accept returns ONLY under the following limited conditions:

2. General Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and Unopened: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box with all seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., Order ID, delivery invoice) is required.

  • Checking at Delivery (Crucial): For damaged products, you must inspect the package while the delivery agent is present. If damage is found, kindly return the item to the delivery agent immediately. Accepting a damaged product will void the return policy for that specific damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons specific to medical/surgical items, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Any product that has been used, opened, or installed.

  • Consumable items (e.g., testing strips, gels, gloves) if the seal has been broken.

  • Items where the packaging seal or tamper-proof sticker has been removed or damaged.

  • Items returned due to a "change of mind" or dissatisfaction with quality (unless explicitly covered by a separate written guarantee).

  • Any item specified as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

4. Return Process

  2. Provide Details: State your Order ID and the specific reason for the return (e.g., Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item). For damaged/defective claims, clear photographic or video evidence will be required.

  3. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for sending the product back to our address: Jatrabari, Matuail Dhaka, Dhaka 1362 BD.

  4. Shipping Cost: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item), RahimSurgical will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is accepted for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost.

5. Refund Procedure and Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Inspection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request after verifying the condition of the item.

  • Replacement (Primary Action): If the item is defective/damaged/incorrect and the exact same item is available in our stock, we will prioritize a free replacement/exchange.

  • Refund Issuance: If a replacement is not available or if we approve a refund, the amount will be processed.

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., Credit/Debit Card reversal, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer for COD orders).

    • Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund amount to be credited to your account after the refund is approved.
