Cancellation policy

This policy governs the conditions under which an order placed on https://rahimsurgical.com/ can be cancelled by the customer or by RahimSurgical.

1. Customer Cancellation Rights

Customers may cancel an order, but the feasibility of the cancellation depends on the status of the order at the time the request is received.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, you must immediately contact our Customer Support team with your Order ID by:

Note: Cancellation requests are processed based on the actual status of the order in our warehouse/system at the time the request is received, not solely by the time the customer sends the request.

2. Cancellation by RahimSurgical

RahimSurgical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

  • Product Unavailability: The item is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Pricing Error: Errors in product pricing or description displayed on the website.

  • Suspected Fraud: Suspicion of fraudulent transaction or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Information: Failure to provide sufficient or correct address, contact, or payment information.

Action: In the event that RahimSurgical cancels an order, we will notify the customer immediately and issue a full refund for any prepaid amounts.

3. Payment Refund for Cancellation

  • If an order is successfully canceled (Status: Processing/Unshipped) and the payment was made online (Prepaid), the full amount will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, card, mobile banking wallet).

  • Refunds for canceled prepaid orders typically take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
